How it's built
Framer sites are stunning and fast for humans. But a chunk of the meaningful content — and the signals answer engines read — lean heavily on client-side rendering and thin, image-first pages that say little in plain HTML.
How it gets found
Traditional Google handles the JS well enough. The gap is GEO: AI crawlers are lazier than Googlebot, and a page that’s beautiful but semantically empty gives them nothing to cite. Gorgeous, and unquotable.
Where it leaks
- The fix: ship real, crawlable text and structured data on the pages that matter, plus an llms.txt. Keep the beauty; give the machines something to quote.
